OK well we signed for the house again, and again were signing papers that the bank hadn't signed... very irregular but since I was impatient to close I didn't give them whatever time they needed and as such be able to close completely, but its been a week since we signed and we still don't have the deed.
At this point my agent is saying this is very irregular, and the title company is actually on the hook for it now so we went over to the house and changed the locks...:) In theory we own the house, so if they roll back the clock again, it will take me 6-8 months to get them their new keys... if I ever do...
